1. Age Requirement

The primary guest must be 18 years or older to check in.

2. Identification

All guests above 18 must present a valid original photo ID at check-in.

Accepted IDs:

• Aadhaar Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID
• Passport

Failure to provide valid ID will result in denial of check-in.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any inappropriate behavior may result in denial of service or eviction.

4. Damage & Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Rooms must be maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

Charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning.

5. Booking-Specific Policies

Cancellation, refund, and special conditions may vary depending on the booking. These will be shared during reservation.

6. Arrival Confirmation

Guests may be contacted prior to check-in to confirm arrival.

If unreachable, booking may be put on hold or cancelled. Reinstatement depends on availability and confirmation.

7. Guest Communication

We may contact guests via call or message for:

• Booking confirmations
• Stay updates
• Post-stay feedback
